CRIS provides:
- Expert advisory services and assistance with protocol design and preparation of manuals of operations for all NMR aspects of clinical trials
- Assistance with the setup of skeletal muscle imaging and spectroscopy in multiple centres, including harmonisation of the NMR procedures across centres and preparation of routines for transfer and analysis of data coming from machines provided by different vendors
- Assistance with the definition of volumetric sequences and of sequences relevant for muscle spectroscopy
- Development of processing tools for NMR imaging and spectroscopy data analysis
- Centralised quantitative data analysis of NMR data from multiple centres including precise determination of fat infiltration and T2 maps in skeletal muscles with chronic degenerative changes and analysis of 31P NMR data using either proprietary software or adaptations of public domain tools
